Stocklinch Community Association (SCA), charity registration number 1203434, was formed on 16th July 2023.

It assumed all the responsibilities and assets of the Stocklinch Village Hall (SVH) and friends of St Mary Magdalen Church Stocklinch (FSMMCS) charities which have now been dissolved.

The SCA has been formed:

 

1. To operate and maintain a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the parish of Stocklinch, regardless of political, religious or other opinions, or of gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, nationality or race, including use for:  

 

1.1. meetings, lectures and classes; and

 

1.2. other forms of recreation and leisure-time activities, with the object of improving life for the inhabitants

 

and  to also arrange or make provision for such activities whether held in the village hall or elsewhere in the village;

 

2. Promoting the preservation of St Mary Magdalen Church, Stocklinch by supporting the upkeep and repair of the fabric of the building, fixtures, fittings and the grounds of the church.

This SCA web section is currently under construction and the contents of the SVH webpage (The Village Hall) can be used as a guide to the activities of  SCA until this section is completed,
